  • Cancellations: If you cancel a ride after a certain period, cancellation fees may apply.

  • Passenger Conduct: You must behave appropriately during the ride. Any disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information to facilitate the ride-hailing service, process payments, and enhance your experience.

  • Data Usage: We use your personal data to provide, manage, and improve the service, and for marketing purposes with your consent.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • Service Availability: Ev-me makes no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party factors such as traffic, accidents, or weather conditions.

  • Damage to Personal Property: Ev-me is not liable for any damage to your personal property during the ride.

  • Safety and Security: While we take reasonable precautions, Ev-me is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur during the ride.

5. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms & Conditions, including fraudulent activities or inappropriate conduct.

6. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service will signify your acceptance of these changes.
